Fairy Meadows, standing at an altitude of 3300 meters from the sea level, is nestled among the majestic mountains of the Himalayas and Karakoram in Gilgit-Baltistan and is a dream destination for trekkers and nature enthusiasts. This place is surrounded by snow-capped peaks, lush green meadows, glaciers and streams. The world's 9th highest mountain peak Nanga Parbat lies just beside the Fairy Meadow. This tour is an adventure that will last forever. The combination of breathtaking scenery, exciting activities, and the opportunity to experience the unique culture of Gilgit Baltistan makes it a truly unforgettable journey. The best time to visit Fairy Meadows is from May to September when the weather is pleasant and the meadows fully bloom. Fairy Meadow offers a range of activities for the adventure and enjoyment of the visitors. it is one of the best places for hiking in Gilgit Baltistan, with routes ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs. You can hike to Blue Lagoon, Brown Meadows, Nothings Peak, Baintha Lake etc. which lies near fairy meadows and offers easy as well as hard routes for hiking. People come here for camping and to spend short holidays. Moreover, this place also offers Horse riding. You can bring your cameras along to make beautiful nature Photography. Artists from the whole world come here with their best canvases and art equipment to make paintings and art of nature. The Journey usually starts from Islamabad which is the capital of Pakistan. From Islamabad, you'll drive through the Karakoram Highway, one of the highest paved roads in the world, passing by Naran Valley and Chilas. Then from Jagran or Tato Village, a Jeep ride is required to reach Fairy Meadow. Once you arrive at the base camp, you'll be greeted by the aesthetic panorama of Fairy Meadows.

Itinerary

After the member arrives in Islamabad from their places, they will be picked up from the airport by our team, transferred to the hotel, and allowed to rest and prepare for further travel the next day.
On the second day, we will start our journey early in the morning towards the northern areas. We will drive to Naran Valley on this day. The route to Naran Valley passes from beautiful landscapes and scenery along the river Indus. By reaching Naran we will be accommodated in a hotel here for the night.
Our drive to Chilas from Naran also showcases stunning scenery. The journey from Naran to Chilas takes about 3.5 to 4.5 hours, via Karakorum Highway. we will take a short break at Babusar Top which is a mountain pass offering beautiful scenery at an elevation of about 1265 m from sea level. We can capture breathtaking panoramas on Babusar Top before continuing to Chilas.
We will start our journey in the morning toward Fairy Meadows. Firstly, we will drive From Chilas to Raikot Bridge then continue our journey to Tatu village by jeep. By reaching Tatu, we will start trekking toward Fairy Meadows. We have to hike for around 2 to 3 hours this day.
Beyal is located a few Kilometers away from fairy meadows. Till Beyal, the route is clear with beautiful landscapes and panoramic views. Beyal itself is also a spectacular camp side for the climbers of Nanga Parbat during the expeditions. We will trek from Fairy Meadow to Beyal and return to Fairy Meadow in the afternoon or evening.
Astore Valley stands at an elevation of 2600 m from the sea level. This Valley is at a distance of 71.6 km from Fairy Meadow. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to reach Astore Valley from Fairy Meadow.
Tarishing Valley lies at a height of 3200 m from sea level. The green fields slowly turn into rocky areas while driving with colourful flowers in some places. The air gets cooler as we climb, and we will see the giant Nanga Parbat. After travelling for a few hours, we will reach Tarishing Valley.
On this day we will trek to Rupal from Tarishing. We will see the Rupal Face of Nanga Parbat. The route to summit Nanga Parbat via its Rupal Face is considered the most challenging face. After spending some time in Rupal we will trek back to Tarishing in the evening and accommodate here for the night.
The journey to Rama Lake takes us through breathtaking scenery. After enjoying the beauty of Tarishing, nestled amidst the mountains, our journey continues towards Rama Lake. This higher-altitude lake offers even more scenic views, with snow-capped peaks often framing the crystal-clear water.
In Deosai National Park, we'll find carpet of green grass and vibrant colourful flowers blooming in summer and wildlife like the Himalayan brown bear which is rare in the world and being marked as an Endangered Species. Deosai provides us a chance to see this Endangered Species. In addition to this, the scenery of this place is perfect for photographers and Art Enthusiasts. Many artists from around the world travel here to capture the beauty of the Deosai Plateau in their Paintings and their Galleries.
After spending a night at Deosai, we will drive to Skardu from Deosai on this day. We will first travel to Sadpara Lake on this day which is a beautiful lake near Skardu city and comes in the way. We will take a short break here for photography and nature observation and then continue our drive to Skardu.
On this day, we will explore Manthal Buddha Rocks and some other places in the city then we will explore the beautiful Shangrilla and Kachura Valley. Kachura Valley is famous for Lower Kachura Lake (Shangrilla Lake) which is heart-shaped and the Upper Kachura Lake. Both the lakes offer boating. These places offer beautiful scenes for nature photography.
The flight typically occurs in the morning. So, we will reach Islamabad by noon on this day. In case of any flight cancellation due to weather issues or any other issue, we have arrangements to drive by road via Karakoram Highway. After reaching Islamabad, you will be dropped at the Hotel.
In case of flight cancellation and travel by road, we will reach Islamabad on this day. Else, this is a free day for rest in Islamabad. We can also utilize this day for sightseeing in Islamabad or you can rest in a hotel after the tiring Journey.
All members are free to go to their places. Our staff will transfer you all to the airport

Terms & Conditions

1. Early Bird Discount:

The given prices are the discount offers for holidays and are limited. These prices may be changed accordingly. The local services providers and airlines as well as hotels increase prices in the season. So early reservation cost us less price.


2. Limited Space in Peak Months:

The peak months of the year attract a great amount of national and international tourists and hence sold out earlier. We will have a maximum of 15 travellers in one group. Our registration is on a first come first serve basis.


3. Limited Flight Seats:

We use the deposit to book your domestic flight in advance because domestic flight seats for the Himalayas and the Karakoram sell out very quickly in the peak season. Another reason is that there are only two flights in a day.


4. Pay Balance after arrival in Pakistan:

You may have concerns regarding paying your final balance. According to our policy, we receive your final balance only once you arrive in Pakistan. Deposit is the only Payment before arriving in Pakistan.


5. Pay Minimum Deposit:

The advance payment for the holidays also incorporates early bird discounts and may change automatically based on the late deposit schedule. The same dates in the schedule will be applicable for the next season's deposit as well.


Advance Deposit for Pakistani Nationals:

The advance deposit for Pakistani Nationals is PKR 100,000 or 30 % of the total price whichever is greater. The deposit amount is nonrefundable.


Extra Stays at Base Camp:

•For Extra Stays at base camp, extra charges will be charged.
01-04 pax US $ 130/. Per person per day
04-06 pax US $ 100/. Per person per day
06-08 pax US $ 90/. Per person per day
• If Government of Pakistan demands for any fee or new condition ensuing extra, the same will be charged in addition to normal Package offer.


• Reservations and Advance Payments:
For the confirmation of your reservation, you have to pay your advance into our account 50 days before the arrival of the group/ client in Pakistan. The rest of amount will be received once you arrived in Pakistan.

• Mountain Tigers Treks and tours
reserves the right to deduct, in respect of hotel reservation, confirmation of airline ticket, documentation and other necessary works which are being done before the arrival of client.

• 25% of the total amount will be deducted in case of cancellation in less than 15 days before the arrival date. If cancellation is made in less than 30 days, 10% of the amount will be deducted as in shape of paper works. Mountain Tigers trek and tours reserves this right.

• Anyone deciding to abandon after arrival, or may want to leave the trip during the expedition or tour, due to health issue or any other issue, will not be eligible for any refund. The same policy is applicable in case of entire group. If the group abandons or completes the trip early than the itinerary. No money will be refunded.


Refund Policy for All Deposit:

The deposited amount is non-refundable once it is paid. Because this amount will be spent in making all the arrangements. This deposited amount is also nonrefundable in case of Pakistani clients.


• Balance: Only pay the balance on the first day after arrival in Pakistan according to the Payment guidelines which will be shared later.


• Currency: International clients have the option to pay in US Dollar (USD). Or they may also pay in Euros (EUR) or Pound Sterling (GBP). Pakistani clients have the option to pay the equivalent amount in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).


• Single Supplement: Separate rooms will cost extra charge of 290 USD. This includes all hotel nights.


For separate tents, it will cost the extra charge of 180 USD including additional porterage cost. Both the payments must be made with the balance upon arrival

Mountain tiger treks and tour endeavors to ensure comfort and safety during tours. However, the company is not liable for injury, damage, death, loss, accidents, delays, public disturbances, or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
